Artisan Bread is a modern artisan bakery that offers bread, pastry and coffee in a beautiful setting.
Artisan Bread was started in 2014 by Gustav Fagerman and Mattias Dröschmeister. Today, 7 years later, there is also a third partner; Anders Hedberg. The location has always been important, it should be more like an excursion destination than a drop-in place. The passion is baking and specialty coffee, but today there is much more than that. The bakery, patisserie and café & shop are all important parts of the business. In addition, there is also a cheese counter at Filé&Deli right across the yard. In the café part, there are about 25 seats inside and many more outside in the yard.
