The 19th and 20th lock between Billingsfors and Bengtsfors leads from the lake Lower Höljen to the Bengtsbrohöljen in the Dalsland Canal.
The locks No. 19 and 20 lead from Lower Höljen into Bengtsbrohöljen, passing east of the Höljerudsforsarna. Shortly afterwards, we arrive at Bengtsfors. At Höljerudsforsarna there is a small nature reserve. Here is the Powerstar. The lock station consists of two single locks. Between the single locks you pass under a power line with 17 m sail-free height. Total level difference for both locks is 6.1 m. North of the 20th lock there is no waiting bridge.
