The highest point of Dalsland
Walking trails to the top
Three trails will show you the way to Dalsland’s highest point, Baljåsen, 302 meters above sea level. Leaders have varying levels of difficulty and length. At the highest point of the Baljås there is a simpler cabin with 3 British and TC.
Baljåsen orange joint
Start from the parking lot at Petersborg and go via Björndalsberget to Baljåsen’s rest cabin. Great view. Kupering: Stark
Length: 1.7 km
Baljås via White Line
From Petersborg to Klöverudsåsen you can turn off to the orange joint that goes on to Baljåsen. The trail goes through a valley formation.

Length: 1.8 km
The top cottage
If you want to choose a simple route to hike to the top cabin on the Baljåsen - pass Petersborg via road 600 m and then turn off the left at sign Baljåsen.

Overnight Edsleskogs Wärdshus
If you want to stay overnight, Edsleskogs Wärdshus is not far from the trail. Beautifully located at Lake Edslan.
