Natural experiences in Dalsland
Rent a canoe, boat or go on a hike
There are many large lakes and hiking trails in immediate vicinity, such as Pilgrimsleden in northern Dalsland.The Högsbyn Fritidscentercenter is in other words a perfect starting point for those who want to experience nature, whether on foot, in a canoe or on mountain bike. Just next to the campsite there is also a nature reserve with bronze-age rock carvings.
It is also not far from some of Dalsland’s main sights such as Akvedukten i Håverud, Dals Rostock with his herb garden and miniature train station, [Baldersnäs Herrgård](/link/ed197a3d9434d62b276ad98cd98c(Baldersnäf)]
Camping, cabins and cafe
The cozy camping area stands out in such a way that all campsites overlook the lake Råvarp. There are also cottages, in a few different sizes, some of which have their own beach. Summer time is a weekend-open cafe on campsite.
Apartment for large collections
A stone’s throw from the lake is the camp farm, beautifully embedded in greenery. It consists of two buildings with dorm rooms for a total of 60 people and kitchen equipment for 80 people. In the surrounding area there is a football field, many walking paths and a lot to discover in nature.
