At Laxsjöns Camping & Friluftsgård there are several activity opportunities for the whole family. Play mini golf, go swimming, or jump on trampolines. Thanks to the unique location of the facility, in the middle of the lake system in Dalsland's canal, Laxsjöns Camping Friluftsgård can also offer one of Europe's finest paddling and fishing waters. Why not rent a canoe or boat for a trip on the lake?

Are you cycling one of the Union Trail, Sweden Trail or Dalsland Trail? Then you pass the campsite and can spend the night, shower, buy coffee, fill up on air or practice your balance on the technical course.
In summer, DVVJ's "Summer Train" also stops at the outdoor farm's own platform.

Accommodation

Laxsjöns Camping och Friluftsgård has camping pitches and tent sites of all kinds. Choose whether you want to be at the edge of the forest, more open or with a lake view. Two- to six-bed cabins and accommodation in shared rooms at the hostel. There are great outdoor areas to stroll around and a separate bay for dog bathing where the four-legged members of the family are always welcome.

Restaurant

The Pub on the Hill restaurant is open during the summer; full rights and serves everything from pizza and burgers to hot smoked salmon. They also organize various events.

In the area around Laxsjöns Camping Friluftsgård you can visit Dalslands Aktiviteter, Baldersnäs manor, Halmens hus in Bengtsfors and Akvedukten in Håverud, rock carvings, Åmåls trotting track, beautiful motorcycle roads, exhibitions and much more.

Laxsjöns Camping och Friluftsgård is run by Dalslands Aktiviteter - one of West Sweden's largest activity centers. Here you can ride a high-altitude course, shoot a bow and arrow and visit the moose in the enclosure - as well as buy local delicacies in the game shop!
